Welcome to the Fort Collins Project Homeless Connect website. Project Homeless Connect, based on a nationally implemented best practice, is a one-day, one-stop-shop event providing a broad range of services to people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Fort Collins Project Homeless Connect is a key component of the Fort Collins Ten Year Plan to Make Homelessness Rare, Short-Lived, and Non-Recurring.

The sixth annual Fort Collins Project Homeless Connect will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 from 8:00am to 12:00pm at the Northside Aztlan Community Center, 112 East Willow Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524.

Join us for a one-day, one-stop event that provides free on-site services and referrals to our neighbors experiencing homelessness provided by community volunteers, businesses and service providers.
