Welcome to the Fort Collins Project Homeless Connect website. Project Homeless Connect, based on a nationally implemented best practice, is a one-day, one-stop-shop event providing a broad range of services to people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Fort Collins Project Homeless Connect supports strategies of Homeward 2020 - Fort Collins Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness
The fifth annual Fort Collins Project Homeless Connect will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 8:00am to 12:00pm at the Northside Aztlan Community Center, 112 East Willow Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
